Sunningdale Maintenance Ltd was established back in 1958 and over the years it has been run closely with the associated company Rushmere Garden Esates Ipswich Ltd a local housebuilder and developer. All work is personally managed and supervised by Clive Cobbold and office administration is dealt with by Irene Cobbold who has worked in the organisation for over 20 years.

We have a small directly employed workforce of apprentice trained and long serving tradesmen and the business is engaged mainly on higher quality domestic extensions and refurbishments with occasional new build and development works.
